Iterating.net grew out of Nicolas's own search for cost effective ways to develop a web-based business that he was starting.
Since then we have worked with many start-ups. We understand that capital conservation is key. Not only do we cut development costs by half, we also help start-ups focus on the right milestones - what features are critical at what stage. Whether the goal is to have a great demo, sign up a first customer or convince a venture capitalist, we make sure no dollar is unduly spent.
While our approach is very practical, it has some strong scientific foundations in the principles of agile software development as well as in some more recent findings in the science of new product development, in particular by one of our partners, Icosystem, Inc.
